Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive SAP Business Analyst with at least 7 years of experience across various SAP modules including SAP Supply Chain, SAP ECC, SAP HANA, and strong domain knowledge in Finance. The ideal candidate will also have hands-on experience with Data Migration, Data Visualization, and working knowledge of SAP SD & EDI.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is confident in creating and simplifying User Stories (US) and can effectively walk through complex requirements with technical and non-technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business and functional requirements for SAP projects, especially within the SAP Hybris ecosystem.
- Create clear and concise User Stories, process flows, and documentation to support development and testing teams.
- Conduct walkthroughs and presentations for stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and alignment on business requirements.
- Work closely with development teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
- Support end-to-end data migration processes and ensure accurate mapping and validation.
- Leverage data visualization tools to communicate insights and trends to business stakeholders.
- Facilitate UAT, system testing, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within SAP environments.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 7+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in SAP Supply Chain, SAP ECC, and SAP HANA.
- Experience with SAP SD is a must.
- Solid background in Finance domain and understanding of financial processes.
- Hands-on experience in Data Migration and Data Visualization.
- Strong documentation skills with the ability to simplify complex business logic.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead requirement-gathering sessions and work independently.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- SAP certification(s) in relevant modules.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Confluence.
- Previous experience working on global implementation or migration projects.
