Job Description

To handle all the launch readiness activities of the Electric Vehicle project from after sales stand point Responsible for development and customization of the technical literature Responsible for development and customization of the technical literature which include - Owner's Manual, Service Manual, Special service and diagnostic tools (finalization and procurement) Diagnostic software, Labour operation guide, Electronic parts Catalogue with illustration. Initial service parts list and study and finalization of serviceable/child parts. Battery support process and Body shop repair guidelines for EV Aftersales Technical process deployment, and standards implementation for EV Initiate Deploy and monitoring of filed actions and ensure the completion as per the targeted timelines. Participation the technical plant review meetings. Support informing and documenting the solutions and containments of product issues for network Overall objective as Aftersales Manager will be to develop and maintain the current customer base, increase efficiency, turnover and profits to exceed set budgets. Maximise aftersales profitability through the sale of labour and parts. Managing productivity and efficiency levels of the workshop. Sales of added value products, such as service plans and extended warranties, all of which are key to the departments financial success Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in engineering with minimum 4 years experience in After sales Readiness section in an Auto OEM or Engineering division of an Auto OEM. Familiarization with Vehicle electronics Good Communication skills and should be able to communicate in English Excellent technical know how on all aspects of Automobile technology and vehicle sub systems Knowledge / exposure to Spare Parts Proficiency in Computer and Automotive software. Candidate should be from engineering background with above relevant experience.
