We have urgent opening for Sales Manager at CholaMS General Insurance.!!

Designation: Sales Manager- Motor Agency

Salary: Up to 5.00 LPA for Sales Manager + Allowances + Best in the industry incentives

Locations: Panjim, Malegoan, Phaltan, Ratnagiri, Islampur, Rahuri, Satara, Shirpur Warwade( Dhule District)

Role:

To handle the overall location business, operations, along with budgeted top line, bottom line and distribution built as per plan.

Responsibilities:

Distribution build.

• Must have the ability to recruit and license Insurance advisors, drive the team of these advisors to generate business and expand the business.
• Achieve Advisor activation of 60%
• Should be adept at multi-tasking (handle sales and operations on an on-going basis, if the need arises)

Channel activation.

- Ensure targeted agency activation is achieved.

Business Development.

- Ensure target GWP is delivered at respective channel level.

Compliance

- 100% adherence to channel documentation & Payment TAT

Desired Profile:

• Any graduate or post graduate
• Age up to 30 years
• Minimum 1 years of experience in insurance in agency channel or 2 years of cross selling experience of general insurance product or health insurance product in life insurance
