Job Description

BE/B.Tech/MBA required We are looking for people with hands-on expertise in delivering advanced analytics solutions in the Pharma Analytics space. Location: Chennai, Bangalore & Hyderabad Years of experience required 6 to 8 years. Work on some of the latest applications of AI to solve complex business problems and demonstrate significant business value to one or more clients in the Pharma domain. Lead project teams consisting of consultants, analysts, data scientists, ML engineers etc. Closely engage with client stakeholders and onsite teams; participate in client workshops to identify high impact business problems that could be solved through AI based solutions. Translate those business problems (sometimes ambiguous) into clear analytic problem statements. Domain expertise in Pharma Industry or in Life Sciences / US healthcare. Experience with cross therapeutically areas studies to meet Value Evidence and Real-world Evidence analytics needs. Build machine. learning and/or statistical models in Life sciences use cases such as predicting disease or treatment outcomes. Develop thorough understanding of the Real-World Data (such as patient claims data, EMR, consumer data) and their use cases in pharmaceutical/health care research. Knowledge of retrospective RWD databases such as Truven, Optum, Symphony etc. is also desired. Experience with digital analytics tools such as Google or Adobe Analytics to collect, analyze, and interpret digital data, including website traffic, user behaviour, campaign analysis and conversion rates. Working knowledge of conducting analysis on user behaviour on digital platforms to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for enhancing user experience and engagement. Identify analytics KPIs aligned with business objectives, develop reports / dashboards, and performance metrics for stakeholders, providing clear and actionable insights to improve business strategies. Ability to identify strengths, weaknesses and benchmark against industry best practices and find opportunities for improvement. Present data-driven findings to cross-functional teams and senior management in a coherent and easily understandable manner. Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience in delivering advanced data analytics and digital analytics solutions
