Job Description
Role & responsibilities:
- Responsible for daily Breakdown Analysis related to automation
- Responsible for testing and implementation of automated systems, including PLCs, SCADA, and robotics in plant.
- Responsible for evaluate and select automation technologies and systems that best meet the organizations needs.
- Responsible for Spare Part Inventory ,Check sheet and budget Documentation .
- Responsible for coordinate with cross-functional teams (operations, production, IT, maintenance) for smooth execution of automation projects.
- Responsible for Training plan and skill matrix updation of their team member.
- Responsible for ensuring that the EnMS is maintained and continually improved & ensuring that the resources needed for the EnMS are available.
- Responsible for ensuring that processes are established and implemented to identify and address changes affecting the EnMS .
- Responsible for maintain the data confidentiality, integrity and ensure the availability of information on time .
- Responsible for Assist in audits and ensure that all required certifications and standards are maintained.
- Authorize for approving indent of resources for automation-related projects, including follow up for procurement of necessary materials or equipment.
- Authorize for collaborate with vendors for system installation, upgrades, and repairs.
Preferred candidate profile:
- Proficiency in automation tools such as PLC/HMI/SCADA
- Knowledge of electrical & electronics circuits
- Knowledge of Communication protocol (Modbus/TCP-IP/Profibus/Profinet/CC-link) Strong programming skills in languages such as Ladder Logic Familiarity with sensor technologies, actuators, and other automation devices
- Having the Knowledge of Database/Server & machine communication/Cyber security
- Knowledge of automation software -; GX Works, Tia PORTEL, Robo Guide and GT Designer.
- Knowledge of Robots (Fanuc/Yaskawa/Kuka) Prior experience in machine integrations and hands-on implementation of automation solutions
- Knowledge of Die Casting Process .
