HIRING FOR PHONE BANKING OFFICER!!!
ON BANK PAYROLL!!! (Thane)
PROCESS: Inbound Customer service
Minimum 1 year experience mandatory in voice process
Graduation mandatory with all proper documents
Age Limit: 31.
Good Communication skill
Location : Thane
Salary : Max 4.5 LPA
Shift Timing : Day Rotational shift for Females and male should be flexible for both shift.
6 week off in a month
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
To Solve customer quires on calls and upsell the banking product.
Maintain good relations with customers and promoting banking products
