Project Manager- ERP @ Silver Touch

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with expertise in Payroll Processing ERP to lead and manage operations efficiently. The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in managing large-scale ERP implementations in Government, Public, or Private Sector environments. The role requires strong leadership, monitoring, and reporting skills to ensure seamless execution of payroll operations.Qualifications & Experience:

• Education: Minimum B.Tech/BE/MCA
• Certifications: PMP / Prince 2 certified
• Experience:
• 15+ years in managing operations related to Payroll Processing ERP
• At least 2 end-to-end implementations of centralized ERP systems
• Strong knowledge of government/public/private sector payroll operations

Key Responsibilities:

1. Operations Management:
• Oversee the entire set of functions related to payroll processing ERP
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and system performance
2. Team & Resource Monitoring:
• Track performance & efficiency of various teams and resources
• Implement best practices to optimize productivity
3. Client Reporting & Communication:

• Provide periodic reports to the client regarding software operations
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards

• Strong project management and leadership skills
• Expertise in ERP implementation & operations
• Ability to monitor, analyze, and optimize payroll processes
