Job Description

Role & responsibilities

At least 3 years of SAP real estate (RE-FX) and Contract & Lease Management (CLM) processes and solutions. Knowledge / experience of other SAP offerings in the area are considered as a plus.
Good overview of real estate and lease management processes in SAP and its peripheric integration including with non-SAP applications; portfolio management, space management, energy management, capital projects, procurement & inventory management, asset & facilities management, accounting & controlling, master data and reporting, document management, measurements (iOT), energy management, etc.
Experience in designing and/or implementing SAP real estate and lease management processes in different contexts and industries
Life-cycle implementation experience on SAP Projects in ECC or S/4HANA (S/4HANA experience is considered as a key plus)
