Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

Good knowledge of ticketing.
Creation of PNR, Issuance, Re-issuance, Refund, Cancellation, Date Change, Voluntary & Involuntary changes.
Hands-on experience on issuing Domestic & International tickets using CRS Amadeus / Galileo can apply.
Willing to work in Implants as well as Back Office.
Experience in handling International itineraries, destinations, corporate fares & airline updates.
Experience in Corporate ticketing background
Should be comfortable in Rotational shift.
Good knowledge in Transit Visa regulations is a must.
