Job Description
Location: Bangalore
Experience: 8 to 12 Years
- At least 5 years of relevant experience as Scrum master using Scrum // SAFe Agile methodologies with PSM/CSM SAFe certifications.
- The scrum leaders are expected to communicate across the Platform(s) (multiple PODs and groups) for Risks, Dependencies, planning and Status. A suitable candidate should be able to present the teams progress in multiple leadership meetings, able to answer questions related to planning, dependencies, risks, releases, Metrics etc.
- Able to participate and contribute Program Increment planning in SAFe model, and be able to generate Roadmaps
- Excellence in JIRA, Confluence and various reporting with respect to agile metrices,
- Manage multiple and cross functional team members on scrum POD and ensure that the release and sprint goals are achieved
