Role & responsibilities

• 5+ years of experience in application maintenance & implementation projects, primarily in ISU-CRM Projects
• Experience with CRM ISU Integration
• Experience in end-to-end implementation and support projects
• Client facing experience
• Experience in setup of Rate Structure and Billing Schema, Price management
• Experience in analyzing issue in Billing & Invoicing process
• Good Experience Invoice Layout & Bill Print
• Setup of Billing Master Data/Tariff Structure for Metered/Unmetered Installations
• Integration with Device Management, Finance & SD module
