Job Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a SPE in Indexing process to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge in policy servicing and should come from insurance background
Key Responsibilities:
- Expert Consultation: Serve as the primary point of contact in the Indexing work supplied by the client
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of activities and produce regular reports on work indexed
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process enhancements and help implement best practices to improve the efficiency and accuracy.
- Training & Development: Develop and deliver training programs for staff to improve their understanding of the Indexing process
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with clients on a regular basis in query resolution and updates.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in insurance or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in insurance process, Indexing would be an added topic
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Work Model:
- Ability to work in night shifts
- Ability to work from office 5 days a week
