Company Description Delta Corp Limited (Delta Corp) is the only listed Gaming and Hospitality company in India. Delta Corp's major portfolio of assets consisting of offshore casinos, land-based casinos, and hospitality services come under the banner of Deltin Casinos and Hotels. Delta Corp also operates in the fast-growing online gaming space through acquisition of Gauss Networks Private Limited, which operates the online poker site "Adda52.com" and significant investments in other gaming portals. Delta Corp has secured a leadership position in the industry with its early mover advantage, holding three of the six offshore gaming licenses issued in Goa, three land-based casinos, and one 5-star hotel in Goa. Delta Corp has expanded its operations to a luxurious 5-star resort with a proposed casino (subject to regulatory approval) in Daman, two more land-based casinos, one each in Sikkim and Nepal. Role Description This is a full-time on-site Executive/Senior Executive Learning and. Development role located in Panaji Goa. The role involves designing, coordinating, and delivering training programs for employees across Delta Corp. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and enhancing the employee training program, as well as analyzing the effectiveness and impact of training programs. The role requires an individual who is highly organized, an excellent communicator, and is dedicated to keeping up with the latest industry trends in learning and development. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs: Design and develop training programs and materials: Conduct training sessions, workshops, and induction programs: Evaluate training programs for effectiveness and make improvements: Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders: Stay updated on training technologies and tools: Ensure all training programs meet legal and regulatory requirements: Maintain records of employee training completion: Maintain reports pertaining to scheduling, delivery, and other training requirements: Prepare reports on training activities and outcomes: Qualifications Bachelors degree or higher in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in Learning and Development, preferably in the hospitality industry. Proven experience in designing, developing, and delivering successful training programs on a variety of topics including leadership, soft skills, and compliance. Demonstrated ability to evaluate training programs to identify areas for improvement. Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines. Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Learning Management Systems (LMS). Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Experience with e-learning platforms is a plus. preferably from Goa and commute to Panaji Location
