Role   Production Support 

Position: Senior Associate (M8) 

Job Location:  Seawoods (New Mumbai).

Experience Required: 2+ Years.

Key Responsibilities 

• Ensure 100 % Uptime of assigned applications 
• Resolution of any issues raised by Users 
• Effectively communicate issues and status updates to senior management and development team  
• Get corrective actions done on issues highlighted by users 
• Providing solution for technical issue escalation and priorities technical issue resolution 
• Develop and maintain technical support documentation  
• Follow up for any permanent fixes to ensure smooth functionality 
• Any other related production support activity. 

• Competencies 
  • Basic knowledge of life insurance concepts 
  • Working Knowledge of PL/SQL 
  • Should have some understanding of web services, Database connectivity etc to be able to identify issue area when needed 
  • Should have analytical abilities to analyze issues and provide ideas for resolution / work around. 
  • Should be flexible to work extended hours whenever required.
