Perform periodic compliance review activities and ensuring timely delivery.
Monitoring mandatory guidelines related to policies and initiating timely reminders and escalations.
Assisting management in conducting regular audits to validate compliance to contractual/EXL policy requirements.
Liaison with key stakeholders like HR/Technology/ISG/LIFE team to drive compliance activities.
Reporting audit findings along with mitigation plan to management in a timely manner
Conduct re audits to validate if identified gaps were remediated and update management.
Completing compliance self-assessment as per defined timelines
