We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales within the Materials Industry or a related field. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting our innovative 3D printing resins. Responsibilities: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in the 3D printing resins market. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners. Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective negotiation and. sales strategies. Possess a deep understanding of our 3D printing resins and their applications. Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to clients, addressing their specific needs. Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments. Analyze market demands and adjust sales strategies accordingly. Ensure client satisfaction and address any post-sales inquiries. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and promotional materials. Prepare regular sales reports, detailing achievements, challenges, and future plans. Provide feedback to the management team to enhance product offerings and sales strategies. Candidate Profile: Any graduate in relevant field (Science, Engineering, Business etc.) Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably within the Materials Industry or related field. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong interest in 3D printing technologies and resins. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Capable of learning and retaining technical knowledge as required for the role. Willingness to travel as needed. Willingness to learn and develop is a must. Ideal candidate would be someone with an experience in DLP or SLA resins sales dealing directly with engineers and product developers.
