Education: Bachelor's Degree in Architecture / Interior Design, Graphic Design 3. Experience: Minimum 5-6 years Functional Parameters: 1. Create accurate and detailed 3D models of architectural structures, interiors, landscapes, and urban environments. 2. Utilize software such as Autodesk 3ds Max, Autodesk Revit, and SketchUp for 3D modeling. 3. Produce 2D drafts and technical drawings using AutoCAD to support the modeling process. 4. Apply rendering software like V-Ray, Lumion, or similar tools to generate realistic and high-quality renderings. 5. Develop a deep understanding of architectural materials, textures, and lighting principles. 6. Design and implement effective lighting solutions to enhance realism and aesthetics in rendered images and walkthroughs. 7. Utilize Adobe Photoshop or other image editing software for post-processing and refinement of rendered images. 8. Demonstrate strong scene composition skills, choosing camera angles and perspectives to create visually engaging renderings. 9. Maintain strict quality control standards, ensuring that all 3D models and renders meet project specifications. 10. Collaborate closely with architects, designers, and project teams to understand project goals and requirements. 11. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and efficiently allocating resources. 12. Organize and maintain an orderly file structure for 3D models, drafts, renders, and project-related assets. 13. Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in 3D architectural rendering, incorporating new techniques and tools. 14. Adapt and customize architectural models to accommodate client feedback and project changes. 15. Attend project meetings and provide visual representations to aid in decision-making and client presentations. 16. Participate in brainstorming sessions and creative discussions to enhance the overall design process. 17. Continuously improve and refine rendering techniques to achieve photorealistic and visually compelling results. 18. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure that the visual elements align with architectural and design concepts. 19. Remain flexible and adaptable to project-specific requirements and changes in software and technology. 20. Develop and maintain a portfolio of high-quality rendered images and walkthroughs showcasing your skills. 21. Evaluate and select appropriate rendering techniques and settings based on project goals and constraints. 22. Troubleshoot technical issues related to rendering software and hardware, providing solutions as needed. 23. Keep abreast of industry standards and best practices in architectural rendering and design. 24. Communicate effectively with clients and project stakeholders to understand their visualization needs. 25.
