Job Description

Purpose of the Role: Role of Graduate Engineering Trainee with a experience of 1+ years in Deployements, Service, Maintenance and Operations of Industrial Equipment. Key Roles and Responsibilities: Responsibility and ownership of the equipments health, operational status, and readiness for deployment by Business Development Teams. Complete technical understanding of the working logic of the robots. Training and skilling Business Development Teams and Robot Operators on the end-to-end operation of the robots as well as the Dos and Donts that are essential for ensuring successful deployments and demonstrations to clients. Thorough understanding of the Troubleshooting and maintenance manuals of the robots Ability to comprehend technical issues flagged by Business Development Teams and deliver relevant fixes by adjusting and fine tuning the configuration and calibration features of the robots Regular communication with Business Development Teams and other. stakeholders on the readiness of equipment for committing on-site deployments to clients Engaging in workshops and training sessions with engineering teams to understand upgrades as well as communicate issues clearly for arriving at the right technical solutions Preparing and conducting regular evaluations to verify and validate technical know-how of deployment teams on the robot operation Evaluating and reporting the deployment performance of the robots for developing Insights for business development teams to engage clients and distributors Product requirements for R&D team to enhance features and functionalities Frequent travel to customer sites will be there as part of deployment and troubleshooting of the products. Qualifications: Bachelors/ Masters in engineering [Electronics / Mechatronics / Robotics] 0-1 yrs. Prior experience in deploying, operating, servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting industrial automation systems / machines Thorough understanding and hands-on experience of product and systems involving motors, actuators, sensors, PCBs. Excellent aptitude and analytical skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and native languages Excellent risk management and risk mitigation skills Ability to read, understand and execute instructions from technical documentations, user manuals and troubleshooting manuals Ability to communicate, train, supervise and evaluate the performance of deployment team in handling technical operations of industrial automation products Knowledge on the Electrical circuits and electrical CAD softwares is a plus Prior experience in deployment of robotic products and solutions is a plus Eternal Robotics focuses on Robotics, Industrial Automation, Computer Vision, and B2B SaaS Mobile Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning.
