Job Description

Assists the DOS in day-to-day activities related to the sales function with a focus on building long-term, value-based customer relationships that enable achievement of hotel sales objectives, to develop strategies to maximize revpar, profitability and grow market share. "*Functions as a team member of the hotels" Sales Department and is responsible for property reactive and proactive account sales and segment sales, local and social catering sales, business travel sales, reservation sales and destination sales. Responsible for achieving revenue goals, guest, associate satisfaction and the financial performance of the department. Participates in meetings with the entire team to ensure effective & synchronized approach for the achieving the targets. Submits RPF as per the guidelines received. Coordinates with the Director of Finance and follows TPAM requirements. Analyses the competition information along with DOS & team for effective pricing of the hotel. Plans Sales. Blitz & reviews reports for the feeder cities for the hotel
