We are looking for an experienced QA Manager expertise in manual and automation testing to lead our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both testing methodologies and a proven ability to manage teams, processes, and deliverables.
Skills:
- Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills
- Excellent time management and prioritization abilities
- Ability to prepare and deliver client proposals and presentations
- Proficiency in manual and automation testing tools (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, Cypress, Appium)
- Experience with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, RestAssured, SoapUI
- Strong SQL skills for database validation and backend testing
- Knowledge of bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Understanding of QA processes, test strategies, and quality standards
- Familiarity with cross-browser and mobile compatibility testing
- Up-to-date knowledge of current testing tools, trends, and best practices
- Leadership skills and experience in managing QA teams
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the QA team across manual and automation testing efforts
- Define and implement QA processes, testing strategies, and quality benchmarks
- Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases based on requirements
- Conduct various types of testing including: Functional, Regression, UI, Integration, System, Usability.
- Automate test cases using tools like Selenium, TestNG, Cypress, Appium
- Perform API testing using Postman, RestAssured, or SoapUI
- Perform database testing using SQL queries
- Identify, document, and track defects using bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla)
- Ensure compliance with company and industry quality standards
- Validate cross-browser and mobile compatibility of applications
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address defects and clarify requirements
- Prepare test documentation and reports to communicate findings
- Stay current with industry trends, tools, and testing best practices
