Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced Salesforce Architect to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Salesforce Services and Sales Cloud, and a strong background in presales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.
• Lead the architecture and design of Salesforce projects.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop presales strategies.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
• Ensure the scalability and performance of Salesforce solutions.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and best practices.
• Contribute to the development of reusable solution frameworks, accelerators, and collateral to enhance overall pre-sales efficiency and effectiveness
• Collaborate with technology partners, competency teams, and sales to define go-to-market strategies and identify target opportunities for building a robust revenue pipeline.

Qualifications:

• 15+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture and implementation.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce, including implementation, customization, and integration.
• In depth Experience with Salesforce modules such as Sales and Service. Should have at least led 3-5 large Enterprise Grade SFDC deployments.
• Strong expertise in Salesforce Services and Sales Cloud.
• Experience in presales, architecture and solution design.
• Knowledge of Marketing Cloud and CPQ is a plus.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Skills:

• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Application Architect).
• Experience with other Salesforce products and integrations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
