About the Internship: Key. responsibilities: 1. Drive revenue growth: As a Corporate Sales Executive, your primary responsibility will be to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth for Godrej Properties Limited. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets and establishing strong relationships with corporate clients 2. Develop and execute sales strategies: You will develop and execute effective sales strategies to win new clients, expand market share, and achieve sales objectives. This will involve identifying potential customers, conducting market research, and devising customized solutions to meet client needs 3. Effective communication: Your exceptional communication and presentation skills will play a crucial role in engaging with corporate clients, understanding their requirements, and conveying the value proposition of Godrej Properties Limited. You will be responsible for negotiating contracts and closing deals in a professional and persuasive manner 4. Relationship management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients will be a key aspect of your role. You will proactively engage with clients to identify their changing needs, provide exceptional customer service, and ensure high client satisfaction levels 5. Market intelligence and competitor analysis: Staying updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities will be essential. You will conduct regular market intelligence and competitor analysis to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and enhance Godrej Properties Limited's competitive advantage 6. Collaborate with internal teams: You will collaborate closely with various internal teams, including marketing, finance, and legal, to ensure the smooth execution of sales initiatives 1.
