Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 5 to 7 years of experience in SAP ABAP Workflow ABAP OOPS ABAP Web Services SAP WebDynpro for Java and WebDynpro for ABAP. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to work in a hybrid model. Experience in Procure to Pay - Payroll Finance & Accounting is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of SAP ABAP solutions to meet business requirements.
- Oversee the design and development of ABAP OOPS and ABAP Web Services.
- Provide technical expertise in SAP WebDynpro for Java and WebDynpro for ABAP.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for all SAP ABAP developments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP ABAP applications.
- Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards in all SAP ABAP developments.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Participate in the planning and execution of SAP system upgrades and enhancements.
- Provide training and support to end-users on SAP ABAP functionalities.
- Monitor system performance and implement optimizations as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends to drive continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality SAP solutions.
Qualifications
- Possess strong experience in SAP ABAP Workflow ABAP OOPS ABAP Web Services SAP WebDynpro for Java and WebDynpro for ABAP.
- Demonstrate proficiency in developing and implementing SAP ABAP solutions.
- Have a good understanding of Procure to Pay
- Payroll Finance & Accounting processes.
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Show ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.
- Display strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Maintain a proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
