Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 5 to 7 years of experience in SAP ABAP Workflow ABAP OOPS ABAP Web Services SAP WebDynpro for Java and WebDynpro for ABAP. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and the ability to work in a hybrid model. Experience in Procure to Pay - Payroll Finance & Accounting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of SAP ABAP solutions to meet business requirements.
• Oversee the design and development of ABAP OOPS and ABAP Web Services.
• Provide technical expertise in SAP WebDynpro for Java and WebDynpro for ABAP.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP solutions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for all SAP ABAP developments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP ABAP applications.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards in all SAP ABAP developments.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
• Participate in the planning and execution of SAP system upgrades and enhancements.
• Provide training and support to end-users on SAP ABAP functionalities.
• Monitor system performance and implement optimizations as needed.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends to drive continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality SAP solutions.

Qualifications

• Possess strong experience in SAP ABAP Workflow ABAP OOPS ABAP Web Services SAP WebDynpro for Java and WebDynpro for ABAP.
• Demonstrate proficiency in developing and implementing SAP ABAP solutions.
• Have a good understanding of Procure to Pay
• Payroll Finance & Accounting processes.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Show ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid work model.
• Display strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Maintain a proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
