RTR Finance Transformation Consultant @ Highradius

Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

This isn't your traditional RTR operations role, it's strategic, client-facing, and transformation-driven. As a Finance Transformation Consultant specializing in Record to Report (RTR), you will:

• Collaborate with leading North American enterprises to understand their current RTR challenges.
• Conduct discovery sessions with CFOs, Controllers, and Shared Services leaders to capture pain points and opportunities.
• Design customized transformation roadmaps that streamline processes, improve compliance, and enable finance automation.
• Provide expert guidance on best practices and target operating models in RTR.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including solution engineers, product, and implementation experts.

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong background in RTR, financial close, or controllership processes.
• Prior experience in consulting or transformation projects (Big 4 experience is a plus).
• Excellent communication skills to engage directly with North America-based clients.
• Ability to think strategically and deliver practical, scalable solutions.
