Role We are hiring for the. role of Marketing Manager (CS) as part of our Customer Success team to help achieve business growth for our customers. Our business success is determined by our customers business success, and in this role, your job will be to drive that. This role will require you to combine out-of-the-box thinking with tried-and-tested Sales and Marketing methods to drive our customers to growth. This is a super fun role to work in and is at the intersection of our Customer Success and Marketing functions. Responsibilities Your responsibilities in this role will be centered around the following: Working within our Customer Success team to strategize, plan and execute marketing activities for our customers that help us achieve revenue expansion. Providing active digital and content marketing support to our customers by creating collaterals, sales decks, market positioning and end-user training materials. Working with our customers business teams to plan and execute GTM campaigns for them, including assisting them with SEO, social media marketing and advertising. Supporting our customers with rich content like customer-branded presentations, videos, blog articles etc. Building a community of our customers as part of our Customer Success initiatives. Requirements Needless to say, this role is a combination of proven experience and the ability to think spontaneously. Well be evaluating your candidature on the following criteria: 3+ years of experience and a proven track record of running inbound and sales campaigns for enterprises and enterprise-grade SaaS products. Exceptional communication skills with clear verbal and written articulation and the ability to create rich content assets quickly. Ability to understand various geographies and create cloud buyer personas based on market dynamics. Marketing-first thought process is a must, with prior ABM experience being a valuable add-on. Excellent command on MarTech stacks, including but not limited to campaign managers, ad managers, SEO, content platforms and online distribution channels.
