Role Description Bakingo is looking for an Associate/Deputy Manager - Training and Development to oversee employee training and development programs. This is a full-time on-site role located in Gurugram. The Associate/Deputy Manager - Training and Development will be responsible for creating and implementing training programs that align with business objectives, identifying employee training needs, and developing training materials and programs to meet those needs. The successful candidate will also ensure that employees receive adequate training to perform their roles. Qualifications Bachelors Degree or higher in Human Resources, Training and Development, or a. related field 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing employee training and development programs Hands on with creating training content (offline & online) and related modules, Should be aware of prominent training evaluation formats. Experience in conducting training needs assessments and developing training programs and materials Experience in managing and leading a team Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time-management skills Experience in the food or hospitality industry is a plus Passionate about creating a positive, learning culture in the organization
