MS 365 + ADFS Professional @ Sonata Software

Job Description

• At least 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Exchange Server (2010, 2013, 2016, or 2019) and Office 365
• Responsible for providing high-end technical support and consultation for M365 cloud services
• Good Knowledge of all O365 workloads like Exchange Online, OneDrive, Teams, Sharepoint at admin portal level
• Migration knowledge of email gateway solutions to Office 365 Defender
• Configuration knowledge on Exchange Online protection and Defender for Office 365 P1/P2 features
• Knowledge on Office 365 Authentication models (ADFS, PTA and PHS)Proven experience in planning, executing, and managing migrations from on-premises Exchange / third party mailing solution to Office 365
• Familiarity with hybrid Exchange environments and integration between Exchange Server and Office 365
• Knowledge of tools like Exchange Migration Tool, Azure AD Connect, and IMAP Migration
• Familiarity with DNS, Active Directory, and hybrid configurations
• Advanced knowledge of Active Directory replication, permission management, and Group Policy
• Experience with Office 365 admin center, Exchange Online Protection, and other Office 365 services (Teams, SharePoint, etc)
• Experience with Exchange Online Archiving and data retention policies
• Proficient in Office 365 Management and troubleshooting
• Advanced knowledge of handling Office 365 issues
• Good knowledge & working experience in EMS components ie AADP, Intune, AIP, etc
• Basic PowerShell knowledge
