Key role and responsibilities: Deep Sourcing and vendor development for Construction Equipment manufacturers. Supplier knowledge in the identified category and geographies is required. Ability to handle multiple vendors at a time. New Vendor development, management and relationship building. Strong data driven, problem-solving skills and eye for details. Strong understanding of procurement, Cost Validation, negotiation techniques Supplier Audits expertise Right fit for a Start-up - willingness to learn, innovate, take initiatives, think out of the box and excellent execution skills Excellent communication & interpersonal skills Requirements Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, or in a similar field 5-10 Years of Sourcing experience in Construction Equipment manufacturing Companies Good communication skills
