Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Service Delivery Manager (SDM) to oversee the end-to-end delivery of IT services, with a strong focus on Data & Analytics projects. The ideal candidate will ensure alignment with project goals, client expectations, and industry best practices.
Locations: Bangalore/Chennai/Hyderabad/Pune/Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of IT services across BI/DW, Data Warehousing, Data Analytics, and Data Governance projects.
- Act as the primary client liaison, managing escalations, service issues, and improvement initiatives.
- Ensure project delivery within scope, timelines, and budget while meeting SLAs and KPIs.
- Monitor service delivery costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization and value creation.
- Collaborate with engineering, QA, and operations teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Track and report service performance metrics; implement corrective actions where needed.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth and uninterrupted service delivery.
- Conduct regular stakeholder reviews and provide clear project updates.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices and organizational standards.
- Build strong client relationships and foster long-term partnerships.
- Stay current with industry trends through training, workshops, and conferences.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Proven experience in managing data-centric IT service delivery.
- Strong understanding of BI/DW, Data Warehousing, and Data Governance.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- ITIL certification preferred.
- Ability to manage budgets, timelines, and cross-functional teams effectively.
