Job Description
- Develop and implement machine learning models to solve complex business problems.
- Work with large language models (LLMs) to enhance natural language processing (NLP) capabilities.
- Design and develop retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems to improve information retrieval and synthesis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify AI use cases and define project requirements.
- Analyze large datasets to extract actionable insights and inform decision-making.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI models, providing feedback for continuous improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI and machine learning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field. Masters or PhD preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in a Data Scientist or comparable role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of machine learning algorithms, techniques, and their practical implementation.
- Expertise in working with large language models (LLMs) such as GPT-3, GPT-4, or similar.
- Experience in developing retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and collaborative skills to thrive in team-oriented environments.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and associated tools.
- Familiarity with AI tools and platforms (eg, LangChain, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Azure AI).
- Experience utilizing data visualization tools (eg, Tableau, Power BI).
- Working knowledge of data privacy, security standards, and best practices.
- Background in the banking sector or familiarity with financial products and services.
