Job Description

We are seeking a skilled End User Support Engineer with 8 years of expertise in Microsoft Intune, PowerShell scripting and global policy troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will play a key role in modern desktop deployment using OSDCloud, software packaging and providing end-user support across a global enterprise environment.

Requirements:

Deploy and manage devices using Microsoft Intune and OSDCloud.
Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts for automation and system management.
Package and deploy software applications to end-user devices.
Troubleshoot and resolve global policy and configuration issues.
Provide high-quality technical support to end users, ensuring minimal disruption.
Ensure seamless device provisioning, application deployment, and adherence to security policies while maintaining a high standard of user experience.
Collaborate with IT teams globally to implement modern workplace solutions.
