About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced recruiter with a strong background in hiring for Capital Market Operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience sourcing and placing candidates across the full trade lifecycle and across front, middle, and back-office functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for capital market roles across Indian and international markets
• Hire for roles across trading, broking, investment banking, and asset management domains
• Source and engage candidates across junior to senior levels
• Build and manage a pipeline of candidates from Indian securities and broking firms
• Coordinate with business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide strategic sourcing solutions
• Ensure timely closures with a focus on quality and fitment

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience recruiting for capital markets roles, including exposure to the trade lifecycle
• Strong domain understanding of front office (trading), middle office (risk, compliance), and back office (operations, settlements) functions
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience hiring across geographies (India and international) is a strong plus.
