Job Description

Exchange and Exchange Online JD

• At least 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Exchange Server (2010, 2013, 2016, or 2019) and Office 365.
• Migration knowledge of Email gateway solutions to Office 365 Defender.
• Configuration knowledge on Exchange Online protection and Defender for Office 365 P1/P2 features.
• Knowledge on Office 365 Authentication models (ADFS, PTA and PHS)
• Proven experience in planning, executing, and managing migrations from on-premises Exchange to Office 365.
• Familiarity with hybrid Exchange environments and integration between Exchange Server and Office 365.
• Knowledge of tools like Exchange Migration Tool, Azure AD Connect, and IMAP Migration.
• Familiarity with DNS, Active Directory, and hybrid configurations.
• Experience with Office 365 admin center, Exchange Online Protection, and other Office 365 services (Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
• Experience with Exchange Online Archiving and data retention policies.
• Basic PowerShell knowledge
