:- Responsible for Delegating and directing service tasks. Handling customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers. Monitoring the progress of current projects and managing service team members to ensure the team's objectives and sales goals are met. Oversee and guide all activities of the Service team. Ensure the team follows best practices and maintains service level. Monitors department issues and client complaints. Develop problem management and service improvement plans. Maintain customer relationships. Qualification :- Experience in Consumer Electronics / Electronics industry Strong industry knowledge. Excellent leadership, communication, sales, and customer service skills. Minimum 8 - 10 years experience Service Electronic Industry. Previous Service and. management experience may be advantageous. Diploma / Degree in Electronics.
