Title: Informatica MDM Lead (8+ years experience)
Location: Mumbai & Chennai - (Hybrid)
Notice period - ( Immediate to 20 days Max).
Informatica MDM Lead position :
Key Responsibilities:
- Development and Configuration:
- Develop and configure Informatica MDM on-premises solutions, including Hub Console, IDD (Informatica Data Director), Match & Merge, and Hierarchy Manager.
- Implement MDM workflows, match rules, business rules, and data validations to meet business requirements.
- Design and develop data integration workflows using Informatica tools to load and synchronize data with the MDM Hub.
- Integrate MDM with external systems such as ERP, CRM, and data warehouses using standard connectors and APIs.
- Implement data quality rules and processes using Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) to ensure clean and consistent master data.
- Support data governance initiatives by maintaining metadata, data lineage, and audit trails in the MDM system.
- Testing and Validation:
- Perform unit, integration, and system testing to validate MDM configurations and workflows.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
- System Support and Maintenance:
- Monitor and maintain the MDM environment to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
- Troubleshoot and resolve MDM-related issues, including performance tuning and bug fixes.
- Documentation and Collaboration:
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, configurations, and user guides.
- Collaborate with business analysts, data stewards, and other stakeholders to understand and address data management needs.
- Technical Expertise:
- 8+ years of experience in MDM development, with at least 3 years working with Informatica MDM on-premise.
- Proficiency in Informatica MDM components, including Hub Console, IDD, Match & Merge, and Hierarchy Manager.
- Strong knowledge of Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) and data profiling.
- Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, and relational databases (Oracle, Teradata, etc.).
- Understanding of data modelling, data integration, and ETL processes.
- Hands-on experience implementing MDM solutions for domains such as Customer, Product, or Employee.
- Familiarity with integrating MDM systems with enterprise applications
- Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Good communication and documentation skills
