Job Title: ION Support Engineer in Trading Domain
Location - Bangalore/ Pune
Role Description:
Exp: 2+yrs
ROLE DESCRIPTION
- The ION Support Analyst should bear a minimum of 3 - 6 years of working experience with at least 3 years of experience in ION Support.
- Driving the entire scope of ION e-Trading support for the organization.
- Managing the expectations of users/stakeholders
- Perform crisis management when required
- Managing virtual teams of ION functional and technical implementation consultants (on project basis)
- Should have hands on experience on one or more of the below ION modules - MMI, MMS, PXE Pricing, Static Data Management, TPRM
- Strong knowledge of Capital Markets and Trading
- Knowledge on Investment Banking, Pricing and analytics, Risk, STP, Market Data and
- Ability to lead / guide
- Good analytical skills
- Good Interpersonal skills, written & verbal communication skills
- Experience with application development, issue management and resolution.
- Exposure of working with International clients and cross-cultural teams
Mandatory Tech Skills
- SQL
- Unix, Linux
- Windows (Admin level knowledge)
- Networking (ftp, ssh, telnet, etc)
- Monitoring tools (ITRS, DataDoc, AppDynamics)
Work Hours : 18X6 support with On-call and need based weekend support
