Job Description

Bigbasket is Hiring:

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for protecting Company Asset while ensuring that the facility is in a safe environment
Responsible of Security and Safety of the store
Ensure the correct reconciliation of assets moved from one location to another location
Ensure the corrective action to be taken against loss assets during transportation
Understand company processes, established to minimize loss exposure
Report independently, violations noticed, related to loss, theft, pilferage, and safety
Control Loss prevention (theft, pilferage) or by Misuse, Neglect, Damage, and Wastage (MNDW)
Gathering security intelligence and implementing preventative measures
Ensure CCTVs are working, visitors book is maintained
Monitors inventory to identify theft or shortages.
Achieve reduction in shrinkage
Spot fraudulent activities and report the same to Senior management
Responsible for the safety of stores merchandise
Carry out Cycle counting at the store
Unquestionable integrity and honesty
Willing to travel
Knowledge of Fire Fighting
Performs other duties as assigned

Job Location: Mumbai & Navi Mumbai
