Company Description Ultra Beauty Care is a leading third party contract manufacturing company for Cosmetics, Ayurvedic and Personal Care products. We have been in the contract manufacturing, filling and packing industry for 13 years serving known brands. Our plant is located in Aurangabad, Maharashtra at Shendra MIDC. Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role located in Mumbai, but with flexibility for some remote work. As a Sales Manager at ULTRA BEAUTY CARE PVT LTD, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic sales plans that capitalize on market opportunities, drive customer satisfaction, and grow revenue. You will work closely with the senior leadership team to identify customer needs, generate leads, manage sales cycles, and close deals. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, business development, IN THE FIELD OF COSMETICS, PERSONAL CARE & AYURVEDIC PRODUCTS IF YOU HAVE WORKED FOR SOME THIRD PARTY CONTRACT. MANUFACTURING COMPANY FOR COSMETICS , PERSONAL CARE & AYURVEDIC PRODUCTS then you will be preferred. STRONG SALES background in RETAIL Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth Strong communication, interpersonal, leadership, and negotiation skills Experience in managing a team of sales professionals Ability to develop and maintain strong customer relationships Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Proven ability to work independently and as a team player in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree or higher in business, management, marketing or relevant field Knowledge of the beauty industry is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
