Job Description

We are #Hiring Field Recruiters

Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.

- Source suitable candidates through various platform databases, head-hunting, field recruiting, employee references and social media etc.

- Keeping up-to-date on current hiring, providing recruitment reports to a reporting manager.

- Knowing tracking mechanisms in end-to-end recruitment and maintaining excel sheets of employees.

- Experience in developing field recruiting strategy & specialist in hiring delivery executives.

- Onboarding joining process
- Hiring for Picker Associate .Marketing activated.
