We are seeking an experienced professional with hands-on expertise in Agilysys systems, particularly with configuration tools like IGCM and IG12. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working on Agilysys environments and a strong understanding of configuration management within these systems. This role will involve supporting configuration changes and potentially participating in system upgrade or migration initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage configuration changes using IGCM and IG12 within Agilysys environments.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and client teams to implement and validate system changes.
Troubleshoot and resolve configuration-related issues efficiently.
Ensure best practices are followed during system modifications and upgrades.
Maintain documentation and change logs for audit and traceability.
Required skills and qualification:
Minimum 3+ years hands-on experience working with Agilysys systems.
Strong working knowledge of IGCM and IG12 tools.
Familiarity with configuration management processes in a production environment.
Experience in migrating from Agilysys version 4.5.3 to IG12, preferable but not a must
Exposure to hospitality or point-of-sale systems supported by Agilysys.
Ability to work in client-facing or cross-functional project teams.
Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to work effectively with cross-border teams (U.S. and India)
Strong team player with a commitment to mentoring and developing others
Bachelor s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (required)
