We have excellent opening for the position of Printer Engineer.

Qualification: Any graduate

Experience: 2 to 4 Yrs

Job Location: Pithampur, MP

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide first-level technical support for printers, scanners, and MFDs (HP, Canon, Epson, etc.).
  
• Diagnose and resolve common printer issues such as paper jams, connectivity problems, driver installations, and toner replacement.
  
• Escalate complex hardware or network-related issues to L2/L3 support or vendors.
  
• Install and configure printers and drivers on user machines.
  
• Monitor printer performance and usage; report recurring issues.
  
• Perform preventive maintenance tasks like cleaning, replacing rollers, and checking consumables.
  
• Maintain service logs and update ticketing systems.
  
• Support end users with basic printer-related queries.
  
• Ensure compliance with company IT and security policies.
