Role Product Owner - Credit Location Bangalore/Chennai (Hybrid) Required Qualifications: Overall 8+ years of BA experience and 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner
Deliver functional capabilities for Credit Transformation products and initiatives primarily focusing on the credit assessment processSME on the RWA calculator, which is used for RWA, RoRWA and EL calculation. Understanding regulatory requirements and business requirements to manage the change in the calculatorDraft and refine user stories, including detailed acceptance criteriaConsult with the Chief/Cluster/Product Owners and SMEs to prioritise and shape the product backlog, using Agile best practices for prioritisation around business valueExcellent documentation skills, ability to convey complex information with objectivity and brevityParticipate in and facilitate relevant scrum ceremonies such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, review, and retrospective sessionsSupport build and test activitiesAssist in implementation / rollout including UAT, user trainings, UVT and post go-live support.Proactively support Agile practices and foster a culture of continuous service improvement Drive continuous improvements on processes and user experience using a data driven, structured approachIf you are keen to join us, you will be part of an organization that values your contributions, recognizes your potential, and provides ample opportunities for growth.
