Job Description
Control Expert
The Claims transformation programme has made a decision to use Control Expert/ the Neo platform as the strategic solution to integrate with customer fulfilment suppliers. This is applicable for both, Guidewire Cloud and the BMP claims system. In addition to that there are future plans to leverage the capabilities of this global asset to reduce Company's reliance on other suppliers which will yield significant cost savings and efficiency improvements.
To ensure that the delivery meets the needs of the Claims business area and delivers the anticipated business value it is vital that business requirements and associated processes are documented and managed appropriately. As the Control Expert delivery must meet the needs of other systems it is also important that requirements are managed to enable re-usability rather then specifying separate solutions for different systems which will result in more work and higher cost. Equally it is important that dependencies are managed closely to ensure that requirements for one system don't interfere with that for another resulting in re-work and higher cost.
The delivery will involve working with numerous third parties: Control Expert themselves as well as all the suppliers the Neo platform needs to integrate with. Close management of the requirements and the dependencies as well as re-usability between them will be key to a successful and efficient delivery.
