Look for HR & IR person for Kanpur Profile Business

Experience: 78 years in HR with a focus on manufacturing
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end recruitment and selection
- Employee induction and formalities
- Managing absenteeism and labor productivity
- Training needs analysis and program implementation
- Salary administration, full and final settlements, and statutory compliance
- Employee relations, grievance handling, and contractor management
- Liaison with government authorities and management of employee welfare activities
- Preparation of monthly MIS reports
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
