• Experienced in Serialization & Track-N-Trace in the Pharmaceutical Sector.
• Should know DSCSA, DGFT, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, and Kyrgyzstan guidelines.
• Experienced in DSCSA regulations and EPCIS data standards.
• Experience working with 3PLs, CMOs, and downstream trading partners.
• Experience with serialization platforms (e.g., TraceLink, SAP ATTP, rfxcel, etc.).
• Respond to DSCSA-related queries from trading partners regarding serialized product data and traceability events. Upon communication with the Plant Team for investigation. Upon receiving the investigation report from Plant, verify and forward to L5 Team.
• Perform root cause analysis and resolution of data mismatches, EPCIS errors, and exceptions in coordination with plant, IT, QA, and supply chain teams.
• Collaborate with serialization vendors and 3PLs to ensure seamless data exchange and compliance.
• Assist with the implementation of new DSCSA requirements, including verification and attestation processes.
• Track metrics on query resolution time, data quality, and compliance status to report to leadership.
• Experienced in DSCSA project  on TraceLink portal
• Pharma Packaging-related knowledge will add an advantage.
• Work in the second & third shift.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
