Job Description

Assist the Store Manager in ensuring smooth daily operations as per company policies.

Interact with every customer, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products through effective salesmanship.

Collect customer feedback and report it to improve overall service quality.

Report and follow up on maintenance issues impacting customer experience.

Support timely and accurate submission of operational reports.

Handle inventory efficiently and reduce stock variances.
-
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and uniform standards in the outlet.

Meet assigned targets while adhering to all company rules and operational procedures.

Oversee security measures including cash handling, key management, and stock control.

Implement visual merchandising guidelines consistently.

Ensure all staff members are well-trained in product knowledge, promotional schemes, and customer service expectations.

Supervise staff to ensure optimal performance across sales, service, security, presentation, merchandising, and stock management.

Identify and support potential team members for internal growth opportunities.

Experience: 2 to 7 years in retail or other customer-focused industries.

Skills: Strong leadership, sales, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Location Flexibility: Should be open to working at any outlet location in Mumbai.

Work Ethic: Goal-oriented, customer-focused, and team-driven.
Position: Floor Manager
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 27 years (preferably in Retail, Hospitality, or Hotel Industry)
Salary: Up to 40,000 per month (based on interview performance) + Performance Incentives
Industry Preference: Retail / Hospitality / Hotel (Mandatory)
Role Objective:
To support the Store Manager in ensuring 100% customer satisfaction, driving sales, maintaining store standards, and optimizing profitability.
