Job description:
Position Title: Project Manager
Experience: 15+ years with BE (Civil)
Job Location: Lucknow,Dehradun,Chandigarh & Jaipur
Company on roll: Leading Real estate developer
Immediate joiner preferred.

Responsibilities & Required skill set:

- Lead all phases of the residential project from planning to completion.
- Manage construction activities, ensuring quality, timelines, and budget compliance
- Coordinate with stakeholders for seamless project execution
- Efficiently allocate and oversee project resources.- Conduct regular site inspections and address issues promptly.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and safety standards.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools.
- Proven track record of successful project delivery
- Exposure for handling civil & MEP work in project

- Leadership Skill

- Coordination with client & top management
- Budget/CTC range Based on the competency
