    Mandate skills- CEGID and POS
      Key Responsibilities of a Cegid/POS Consultant:
    • Project Implementation: Assisting with the implementation of Cegid Retail Y2, ensuring it aligns with the client's specific needs and goals.
    • System Configuration: Configuring the POS system to meet specific retail requirements, including payment processing, inventory management, and customer relationship management.
    • Training and Support: Providing training to store staff on using the Cegid Retail Y2 system and offering ongoing support.
    • Troubleshooting: Identifying and resolving issues related to the POS system and other retail technology integrations.
    • Performance Optimization: Working with clients to optimize their retail processes and improve their overall business performance.
