Here are the details for Job Role.It will be a end to end recruitment job and it is a *Work from office Job (WFO).*
Office timing: *10:00 AM to 07:00 PM.*Working days: *Monday - Saturday.(6 days working)*
Qualification:*Graduate/Post Graduate.**(Experience can also apply)*Skills: MS Excel.Communication: *(English, Hindi)*
Job responsibilities will include:
Sourcing candidates from other job portals
Screening resumes
Conducting telephonic and in-person in person interviews with candidates
Taking strong follow-ups Prepare daily reports and tracker
Following upon the interview process status
Documentation of the candidates
Performing reference and background checks
Other work as allotted by the management Required
Candidate profile:
Good verbal and written communication skills Excellent time management skills
Strong work ethic
Ability to work as apart of team
Recruitment knowledge
Good knowledge of job portals
Proficient in Msword, excel Ando there basic computer skills.
